It's Anna here!
It all started in November of 2021, when Frank shared his dream with me of playing international
basketball professionally. We were only dating at the time and little did I know, only a year and a half
later we would be married and buckling up to leave for France in pursuit of this dream. From a
young age, I went on missions trips with my family, and I grew a deep love for culture,
people, and spreading the love of Jesus to the ends of the earth. Now, when Frank initially
shared his desire to play professional basketball with me, I couldn’t help but imagine a future
life together – loving each other, serving the Lord, and together bringing Jesus to places that
might not know him. As time went on, we continued staying obedient to what we felt was the
Lord’s next step for us. First it was dating, then I moved to Taylor University, we got married,
and then after much prayer and discernment, decided to sign a year contract in Charleville-
Mézières, France!!! Frank's father, Marc Davidson, played professionally in France for eight
years, and the team Frank will be playing for (Étoile) is the last team his father played for. How
incredible! We are continuously blown away by the Lord’s goodness, faithfulness, and sweet
presence. There’s no greater peace and joy than living for Jesus. So yes! July 27th Frank and I will
board a plane and say yes to an incredible adventure. With surrendered hearts, we will trust
that God has us in France for a purpose. Our biggest desire to is give glory to the Lord through
our experience – and that’s what this blog is all about! Yes – we will keep you updated with our
endeavors, but most importantly magnify the incredible ways God is making himself known throughout the beautiful country of France. Your support, love, and prayers mean the world to
us, and we are so thankful!!! So, with that being said, get ready! France, here we come!

Something God is Teaching Me
God is trustworthy. In fact, He’s trustworthy with our entire lives. I
know that might sound scary, and often I stink at giving God my whole heart, but I know it’s not
only what He deserves but also what He wants. You see God makes it clear in Scripture that He
is GOOD, and God’s definition of good doesn’t always align with our definition of good – but
that’s okay because he is sovereign, and he is TRUSTWORTHY. You see, God loved us SO much,
that He gave His Son, Jesus, to die for us so that when we put our trust in Him and believe in this
truth, we are offered a relationship with Him and are given eternal life with Him!! Like, how
cool? I know for some of us this might be something that we’ve heard many times, but for
others this might be the first time you’ve heard this. Yes – that “God” out there... He loves you
and invites you into a personal relationship with Him. It leaves me humbled and honestly awe
struck with wonder every time I try to even wrap my head around that. Anyways, everything
God has ever done and will do revolves around His incredible plan for humanity – saving the
world and restoring what we broke in the first place. He is trustworthy and worth giving our
lives to.
